 1. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer S to XXL in both regular and oversized fits. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit suggestions.


 2. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart and fit details. If you’re unsure, feel free to DM us on Instagram @bostrowear or email bostrowear.helpdesk@gmail.com with your height and weight — we’ll help you find the perfect fit.


 3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days across India. During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.


 4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange your item within 5 days of receiving it — as long as it’s unused, has all tags attached, and passes our quality check.

 5. What is a tamper-proof tag?

Every Bostro product comes with a visible tag that must remain attached for a return to be accepted. It ensures the item hasn’t been worn and protects against misuse of our return policy.


 6. How should I care for my Bostro apparel?

We recommend cold machine wash or hand wash, inside out. Avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.


 7. Can I gift order for someone else?

Yes! Just enter their delivery address at checkout. For custom gift notes or packaging, contact us at bostrowear.helpdesk@gmail.com right after placing the order.


 8. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders.


 9. I received a damaged or incorrect item — what now?

We’re sorry! Please email us at bostrowear.helpdesk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right ASAP.

 Return & Exchange Policy – Bostro

At Bostro, we aim to deliver premium quality with complete satisfaction. If something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.


 Eligibility for Return

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, including our tamper-proof tag, must be attached and intact.

  • Items must not have any fragrance, deodorant stains, or visible wear.

Products showing signs of wear or manipulation will be rejected.


 Returns Not Accepted If:

  • Tamper-proof tag is removed, broken, or hidden.

  • Product is used for an event and returned after.

  • Return request is initiated after 5 days of delivery.

  • Item fails our quality check upon return.


 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue store credit.


 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via store credit or to the original payment method after return approval.

  • Items must pass a quality inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at bostrowear.helpdesk@gmail.com or fill out the Return Request Form.

  2. Attach a clear image of the product with all tags visible.

  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.

  4. Send the item back in original packaging.

  5. You’ll receive an update once your return is processed.


 Note on Return Abuse

To protect our brand from wear-and-return behavior, we:

  • Use tamper-proof external tags.

  • Conduct thorough quality checks.

  • Track accounts with repeated returns.

Bostro reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
