Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
1) Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2) All original tags must be intact, including:
(i) The tamper-proof neck tag
(ii) A security tag located at the bottom hem (designed to prevent wardrobing — the item cannot be worn without removing it. If removed, the return will be rejected)
(iii) An “OK Checked” quality sticker inside the neck area (if this is missing or tampered with, the return will not be accepted)
6) Returned items must pass a quality inspection upon arrival.
7) Items that are worn, damaged, carry any fragrance, or missing any of the original tags/stickers will be rejected.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange, depending on product availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Bostro ships across India. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
During sales or holidays, shipping may take slightly longer.
Sizing & Fit
We offer both Regular and Oversized Fits, available from Small to XXL.
Each product page contains a detailed size guide to help you find your ideal fit.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send your order ID and clear photos of the issue to bostrowear.helpdesk@gmail.com. Our team will review and resolve the matter promptly.
